Need help or found a bug?

Open a request in the public support tracker. Include your Chrome version, extension version, the affected website, and clear reproduction steps. Do not include private or sensitive information.

Quick troubleshooting

Reload the extension from chrome://extensions after installing an update.
Start audio playback before enabling equalization or recording an ML Training example.
Chrome internal pages and some protected media pages cannot be captured.
If audio processing is already active elsewhere, stop the other capture session and try again.
Use Reset filters to return the equalizer and master gain to their defaults.
